Baxter Geiger
President, Designer, Construction Manager
Experience
Baxter has an education in drafting. He has experience in various computer aided drafting programs as well as hand drawn renderings.
He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University and has utilized that education over the course more than 10 years working in custom commercial construction management and high-end custom residential construction management.
He has studied traditional architecture for many years. He has a passion for creative, beautiful and traditional architecture.

Designer:
Works with the clients to achieve their goals in the design phase and performs construction administration during construction to enhance the design throughout the construction phase
Project Manager:
Sets budgets, schedules, and manages high-level project constraints and goals
Hud Hudson
Vice-President of Operations , On-site Superintendent
Experience
Hudson has owned and operated HTH Property Solutions since 2019. HTH specializes in renovations and additions and all manner of construction. Hudson has been renovating houses with a hands on approach since 2010.
He has a deep passion for quality construction. He has extensive knowledge of many construction materials, methods and practices.
